Atalarik Syach Undergoes Examination at Cibinong Police Station, Denies Damaging Fence: It Collapsed Due to Nature

Kapanlagi.com - Actor Atalarik Syach responded to the summons from the investigators of the Bogor District Police, Cibinong, on Wednesday (17/9/2025). He appeared to provide information regarding a report of alleged fence damage on disputed land. Calmly, Atalarik emphasized his presence as a form of good faith.

"Because I was reported, I just want to show good faith by accepting this summons from Cibinong Police to answer questions related to the alleged fence damage," said Atalarik after undergoing the examination. "So it's just to provide information," he added.

1. Asked 19 Questions

During the examination, Atalarik received 19 questions. His lawyer, Sofyan S.H., M.H., explained that the fence in question actually stands outside the object of the case.

"There are several things that we also conveyed that the fence is not located on the land that is the subject of the case," explained Sofyan.

2. Denies Destruction Allegations

Atalarik himself strongly denies the allegations of destruction. According to him, the fence made of wire mesh and zinc collapsed due to natural factors.

"I indeed was not present at the moment. The destruction is not destruction. The fence collapsed because of nature. Well, I can't comment on anything because I am not the perpetrator," he asserted.

3. Has Been Down for Days

Furthermore, Atalarik explained that the fence had been left down for several days. He chose not to intervene because he was worried it would be considered a violation. However, due to its dangerous position, which even caused his nephew to get injured requiring three stitches, someone eventually took the initiative to tidy it up.

"I also didn’t instruct anyone, it’s up to them as long as it’s safe," he said.

4. The Issue Becomes More Complicated

The legal representative added that the report of the alleged destruction of the fence was made by the legal team of DT on behalf of Dani. However, Sofyan believes that the root of the problem is actually more complicated, starting from the placement of the fence that does not correspond to the subject of the case to the felling of trees on Atalarik's land.

5. Trees That Were Cut Down Are Also Reported

"The teak tree, coconut tree, and durian tree that my client planted since 2000 were also cut down. We have reported this to the West Java Police," he explained.

Regarding the next legal steps, Sofyan emphasized that his side chose to follow the ongoing legal process.

6. No Malicious Intent

"We have already reported to the West Java Police. For this report, we have also coordinated that there is no element of malicious intent from us. This was also the gardener's initiative because he was afraid that the zinc would be dangerous for people," he said.

7. Clarify the Matter

With this statement, Atalarik hopes the public can see the matter more clearly. He emphasized that he never intended to cause damage, but only wanted to maintain the safety of the environment amidst the ongoing legal dispute.
