Kapanlagi.com - As an artist and entrepreneur, Atta Halilintar has to think creatively during this pandemic. Besides the lack of income, he also has to pay all of his employees' salaries for several months.
Admitted by Atta, all of his businesses have been greatly affected by the pandemic. Both his clothing line and restaurant have experienced a significant decrease in revenue.
"During the pandemic, the stores were closed, malls were closed, and people couldn't dine in," said Atta Halilintar, as quoted from SULE's YouTube channel (03/08).
Therefore, Atta finally decided to unpack the contents of his savings. Because he couldn't bear to cut salaries and lay off most of his employees.
"So we have to use our savings to support the employees," he explained.
"Even during the four months of the pandemic, they still received their salaries. Everyone is losing money during the pandemic. Even countries are suffering losses," Atta Halilintar continued.
However, Atta also evaluated the performance of the employees over the past few months. Some of those who remained actually had a high work ethic according to Aurel Hermansyah's future husband.
"If the person continues to work diligently and seriously, then they can continue. But if they are not serious during this pandemic, then it's up to them," he concluded.
