Guitarist and Leader of One Ok Rock Declared Positive for Corona, Here's the Condition Now

Kapanlagi.com - The corona virus, a.k.a covid-19, has once again attacked a public figure. This time, the victim is Toru Yamashita, the leader and guitarist of the famous Japanese rock band, One Ok Rock.

The news was directly announced by Amuse Inc, the recording label that is under One Ok Rock. In the released statement, it was mentioned that Toru had experienced a fever on Monday (27/7) before finally undergoing the PCR (polymerase chain reaction) test.

From the test, Toru was said to have shown a positive reaction.

1. Condition Starts to Stabilize

After the test results came out, Toru immediately received special treatment. And currently, his condition is said to be getting more stable.

Meanwhile, the other members of One Ok Rock, namely Taka, Ryota, and Tomoya, are reported to be in good physical condition. During the pandemic, they have indeed followed the government's protocols for social distancing and stayed at their respective homes.

2. Indonesia Concert Canceled

One Ok Rock has a fairly large fanbase in Indonesia. In 2013, the singer of the song Heartache held his first concert here, before finally coming for the second time as the opening act for Ed Sheeran's concert in May 2019.

One Ok Rock was also scheduled to perform in Jakarta on May 30, 2020. However, unfortunately, their concert had to be postponed for a while due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
