Aura Kasih Officially Becomes Guardian of Arabella After Child Custody Court Ruling

Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court, Dede Rika Nurhasanah, confirmed that the application submitted by Aura Kasih has been approved by the panel of judges. This decision was then officially uploaded through the electronic court system, so Aura Kasih now legally has the right to represent her child.

"Decided today, the electronic court ruling has been uploaded to the Court Information System. The request has been granted. SFW (Sanny Aura Syahrani) as the petitioner has been appointed as the guardian of her child," said Dede Rika when met at the South Jakarta Religious Court on Tuesday (23/12). 

With this decree, Aura Kasih has full authority to represent Arabella in various legal actions, whether it be administrative matters, school issues, or other needs that require an official parental representative.

"Appointed as the guardian of the child, to represent the child in legal actions both inside and outside the court," added Dede Rika.

The guardianship trial process went quite quickly. According to the court's explanation, the case only required two sessions before the panel of judges presented their conclusions and decided on the guardianship request. "The trial was held twice, this third conclusion is finished," said Dede.

This court decision also clarifies the legal status of Aura Kasih as the official guardian of Arabella, allowing her to manage various needs of the child independently without administrative obstacles or the approval of her ex-husband.

This decision is important especially because Arabella is still a minor and requires legal authority from her parents for legal matters and other official administrative issues.
