Ayah Bibi Andriansyah Questions Why Doddy Sudrajat Changed His Mind About Gala Sky's Guardianship

Kapanlagi.com - The hearing for the guardianship of Gala Sky was held today, Thursday (30/11), at the West Jakarta Religious Court. Unfortunately, the panel of judges could not process the application.

This is because one of the parties, Doddy Sudrajat, who is the father of the late Vanessa Angel, changed his mind. Knowing this, Haji Faisal, as the father of the late Bibi Andriansyah, also withdrew his application.

"Regarding the guardianship, during the hearing, he (Doddy) did indeed withdraw from the initial application. Therefore, Mr. Haji (Faisal) withdrew his application to be fair," said Hadi Sukrisno, Faisal's legal counsel, after the hearing.

As known, on Monday, November 15, 2021, Haji Faisal and Doddy Sudrajat together submitted a guardianship rights request for Gala Sky at the West Jakarta Religious Court. However, in the middle of the process, it was discovered that Doddy also submitted a similar request at the Central Jakarta Religious Court.

When Faisal submitted the request to take care of Gala's documents, Doddy submitted it so that he would not be considered as not fighting for his grandchild. When the father of the late Vanessa changed his mind, Faisal was clearly confused and intended to file a lawsuit.

"Our request (for Gala's guardianship rights) was not approved by Mr. Doddy. Because it was not approved, we have to sue why he didn't agree. Because the court will not approve the guardianship. We sue why he didn't agree," Faisal firmly stated on the same occasion.

2. Musyawarah Sebelum Menggugat

However, before filing a lawsuit, Faisal's party will try to meet for a consultation on the advice of the panel of judges. So that both parties can find the best agreement.

"We will try to contact, consult, before we file a lawsuit. We'll see later if there is a meeting point for consultation. Following the order from the honorable panel of judges, if we have tried outside and there is no meeting point, we will immediately file a lawsuit," said Sandy Arifin, as Faisal's legal team.
