Even during the current month of Ramadan, Ayu admitted that she still maintains her exercise routine. Initially, the mother of one was hesitant about exercising while fasting.

"Yes, even though the intensity is lower, it's amazing that I don't feel as tired, but rather energized," Ayu added.

2. Becoming Stronger

The new habits she is now practicing have allowed Ayudia to experience things she had never experienced before.

"The sensation is funny, not just thirsty but also hungry. It's really exciting. I have never felt as fast and as strong as I do during this fasting period," she concluded.
