After a long absence from the screen as a host, Baim Wong finally greets fans through the latest SCTV program, Sudden Quiz. The former husband of Paula Verhoeven has been appointed as the host of this uniquely touching quiz show.

In this program, Baim Wong will venture into various regions and villages to find lucky citizens. He admits to missing the moments of sharing happiness directly with the community, something he has rarely done due to his busy schedule in the film industry.

Broadcast Schedule for the 'Sudden Quiz' show

Para Pencari Tuhan Season 19: The story of Muluk (Raihan Khan) mentoring street children pickpockets to return to the right path, assisted by Udin and Bang Jack. Airs daily at 02:45 WIB.

Lorong Waktu Season 2: The adventures of Haji Husin and Zidan exploring time with a time tunnel machine. Airs daily at 04:20 WIB and 13:30 WIB.

Petualangan Rahasia Queena: Queena, a girl addicted to her phone, embarks on an adventure in the village with a magical bag "Si Gemblok". Airs Monday-Friday at 15:00 WIB.

"If it wasn't SCTV calling, I wouldn't want to. I've been longing for a call for a long time, and my longing is more about sharing. Sometimes for us, there is happiness that we can't express. That feeling is what I miss," said Baim Wong at SCTV Tower, Senayan City, Central Jakarta, Thursday (29/01/2026).

Baim shared a touching experience while filming in the Bantar Gebang area. He met residents living amidst piles of garbage but still had a spirit for life. There was a touching moment when a resident refused to participate in the quiz because they felt unworthy, but in the end, they won a prize of millions of rupiah.

"So there was one person who didn't want to participate. The requirements for entering were quite absurd. He didn't want to, and in the end, he won 15 million. When we went to his house, he had his husband there, and we were a bit hesitant, you know. He was thankful, and we added more to the prize," reminisced Baim.

The prize offered in this quiz is quite tempting, reaching Rp 25 million. However, for Baim, the essence of this event is not just about giving away money, but rather providing hope and happiness for those in need.

In addition to Tiba-Tiba Kuis, SCTV is also presenting the children's series Petualangan Rahasia Queena. This series is produced by Sinemaku Pictures owned by Umay Shahab and Prilly Latuconsina. Umay revealed that this series was born from concern for children who are addicted to gadgets.

"Actually, this was born from our concern for children who are addicted to playing on their phones. We want to go back to nostalgia to enjoy playing with friends again. In this series, we also present imagination to enjoy the excitement," explained Umay Shahab.

This series tells the adventure of Queena, a city girl who has to live in a village and discovers a magical bag. Through exciting adventures, Queena slowly begins to forget her dependence on gadgets and finds the thrill of playing in the great outdoors.
