When KapanLagi.com sought confirmation, Taslimah, the Public Relations Officer of the South Jakarta Religious Court, explained that the news was true. In the first hearing, both the plaintiff and the legal counsel were revealed to be absent.

"Indeed, there is a case filed by Dita Fakhrana Utami against Ilham Akbar Prawira. In the first hearing, the plaintiff and their legal counsel were absent, as well as the defendant," said Taslimah, when met at her office on Friday (27/8/2021).

1. Dita Fakharana Lawsuit Not Accepted

During the first trial, the panel of judges found that the defendant did not reside at the address provided by the plaintiff. As a result, Dita Fakhrana's lawsuit was not accepted.

"During the trial, the panel of judges read the summons addressed to the defendant. It turns out that the lawsuit address was not found or the defendant did not reside at that address," explained Taslimah.

"Therefore, because the defendant's address is unclear, it resulted in the case examination not being continued. As a result, the lawsuit letter was declared obscuur libel. With its considerations, the plaintiff's lawsuit was declared not accepted on June 8, 2021," concluded Taslimah.
