Because of Having Sensitive Skin, Susan Sameh Avoids Eating Chocolate

Kapanlagi.com - Susan Sameh apparently has sensitive skin, she admits to having allergies on several parts of her body. Susan explains what triggers her skin allergies.

"I have allergies. So, before I filmed, I went swimming. And then two days after swimming, my face and body broke out in rashes, because of the allergies," said Susan Sameh when met at Kawansan Menteng, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday (1/9).

"I am quite delicate, I have many allergies, allergies to domestic chickens, heat, sweat, cat fur, chlorine, quite a lot," she continued.

1. Choosing Self-Therapy

The allergies that she often experiences make Susan Sameh choose therapy as her solution. Susan's therapy is done in a way that has many restrictions.

"The machine therapy is from Germany, it's like being attached to my stomach for half an hour, I have to stay away from metals, from radiation and all sorts of things, later this machine in my stomach can control it," she said.

2. Has Already Conducted Therapy Several Times

In addition, Susan also admitted that she has undergone therapy several times and avoids things that trigger her allergies. Until now, Susan Sameh feels that her condition has started to stabilize, although she still experiences allergies. Susan feels that her body has started to improve.

"Everything takes time, and in this process, I have undergone treatment four times. Maybe if I avoid certain things, I can minimize the allergies. I reduce my consumption of chocolate, I reduce sweating, and other things. But because I work outdoors and enjoy exercising, I have to sunbathe and sweat naturally. So now I am undergoing therapy to make everything stable, at least so that all these allergies can be balanced with my body," she concluded.
