The Law Institution named Forum Aspirasi dan Advokasi Masyarakat (FAAM) has reported Sarah for violating the ITE Law. This influencer from Batu City is charged with Article 27 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law regarding pornography violations.
A letter with number 051/EKS/FAAM/V/2020 was sent by FAAM on May 22, 2019. They sent it to the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, specifically to the Director of Special Criminal Investigation.
If Sarah is proven to have violated this article, according to the ITE Law, she could face imprisonment ranging from 6 months to 12 years. In addition, she could also be fined at least IDR 250 million up to IDR 6 billion.

Sarah's statement regarding staged content for engagement has been used as evidence by the Legal Aid Institute (LBH) chaired by Moh. Taufik. Sarah's desire to receive feedback from her posts is considered as possible evidence of violating the ITE Law.
