Nycta Gina Confesses About Being Late to Get Married in Her 30s, She Used to Refuse Wedding Invitations Because of Embarrassment

On Tuesday (19/5) yesterday, Nycta Gina uploaded a photo of herself with Rizky Kinos. In the caption, she discussed her latest podcast topic with her husband.

"Where are the late-married people's voices? Until now, it seems like there are no signs of marriage even though the age is enough, where are their voices? Don't be sad, don't worry, guys. Don't force yourself to get married quickly just because friends are already married or the age is enough or afraid of being asked 'where is your boyfriend? when will you get married?'", she wrote.

Furthermore, Nycta explained how marriage life is not simple. Many changes happen to her.

"After experiencing married life, believe me that getting married is not as simple as imagined. There are so many life changes that will happen when you get married, including drastic weight changes like me, I became very big because of marriage (and pregnancy)," she said.

3. Late Marriage at the Age of 30

Nycta also shared about herself getting married in her 30s. She admitted that she used to avoid attending weddings because she felt embarrassed for not having a partner and being unmarried.

"I got married at the age of 30. It was really late! I even went through a phase where I didn't want to attend other people's weddings or events. I felt embarrassed for not being married yet, but now I don't regret it at all. Because it turns out that Allah's destiny is never wrong," she concluded.
