As parents, Sultan and Annisa took quick action. They comforted their child while hunting down the bullying perpetrator.

"There are a few who have (met), out of 5, 3 have apologized," Sultan said when interviewed in South Jakarta, Thursday (15/12) as quoted by Insertlive.

"But I didn't upload it, what for? Because I feel like he has tried (to apologize) and has good intentions, and his parents already know, are aware, and have spoken to me," he continued.

Annisa recounted the beginning of when she found out that something was wrong with her child's behavior. She checked Aquene's Instagram account and found many negative comments.

"At first, we were indifferent, the child was indifferent, but as parents, we felt that this child became different," said Annisa. "But the language used is too 'special' for underage children," she added.

Because of Sultan and Annisa's quick action in providing protection to Aquene while also hunting down the bully, the child has returned to being cheerful despite initially feeling down.

"Now Aquene is back. Even Aquene's soul was hit with negative words. That's what made Aquene feel down," Annisa revealed.
