Becoming a Suspect in Ridwan Kamil's Report, Lisa Mariana Fails to Respond to Police Summons

Lisa Mariana did not attend her first examination summons as a suspect in the alleged defamation case based on Ridwan Kamil's report. She was supposed to be questioned by investigators at the National Police Headquarters, but was only represented by her legal team, Johnboy Nababan, who came to submit a letter.

According to Johnboy, his client had to be absent due to her declining health. He stated that Lisa Mariana is suffering from typhus and has an official medical certificate from a doctor as evidence. They have also submitted a request for rescheduling to the investigators.

"Because yesterday he was feeling unwell, sick. That's for sure, and we have prepared to reschedule for next week. If there are no obstacles between the 23rd or 24th," said Johnboy Nababan when met at the National Police Headquarters, South Jakarta, Monday (20/10/2025).

"Yes, he was sick with typhus. We have a letter from the doctor stating he was treated for typhus yesterday and it officially has barcodes on it," he added.

When asked about Lisa Mariana's activities, which still seemed vigorous while doing live broadcasts on social media, Johnboy provided a defense. According to him, such activities are reasonable as long as she is at home and do not indicate that his client can travel.

"Yes, regarding live activities but at home, that's a normal thing. It's not like she was on an IV and couldn't walk," he explained.

Furthermore, Johnboy emphasized that his client is ready to face the ongoing legal process after being named a suspect. He assured that Lisa Mariana will always be cooperative and respect every procedure that has been established by the police.

"Her response is that she is ready to face everything regarding this issue. Because this still needs to be tested for evidence regarding this defamation matter. And we appreciate all the processes that have been carried out," he asserted.

Johnboy also hinted that this case has a clear cause-and-effect relationship and is not merely a hallucination of his client.

"Because the cause and effect are clearly there. It's not just a hallucination of our client that she dreamed of having known the former governor," concluded Johnboy.
