Due to these accusations, the singer of the song 'Bertahan Untukmu' was even intimidated by an unknown person. Fortunately, Muhammad Aulia Rahman managed to calm the person down and immediately explained that he was not the person being referred to.

"There was an incident when I was walking and I met an unfamiliar person. I didn't know him, but this person suddenly pulled me and said, 'Are you the one who blasphemed the name of Muhammad?'" said Muhammad Aulia Rahman when interviewed in the Kemang area, South Jakarta, recently.

"I was shocked, of course. I immediately showed him my phone and asked, 'Does it look similar? No, right? Don't be the judge, see for yourself if it looks similar or not,'" he continued.

2. Understanding the Incident of Wrong Accusation

However, Muhammad Aulia Rahman understands the incident that happened to him. He believes that it is normal for anger to arise when the religion he embraces is insulted, even though the insult is in the context of comedy.

Nevertheless, he still advises to ensure the accuracy of the information before taking action to avoid targeting the wrong person.

"It's okay to be angry if someone defames our religion, but we still need to look first, make sure who the main perpetrator is, is it me or someone else. Does my face look similar or not?" he said.

3. Explain That He Is a Singer

When asked further, Muhammad Aulia Rahman said that the person who accused him immediately apologized when they found out they had the wrong person. He also explained that he is a singer, not a comedian.

Moreover, the mentioned Aulia Rahman is a comedian from Lampung who is said to have defamed the name Muhammad and has been apprehended by the authorities.

"Finally, the person apologized and admitted they had the wrong person. I also told them that I am a singer, not a comedian. As far as I know, the person who defamed Muhammad has been caught. That person is a native of Lampung and has been arrested," he concluded.
