Okie Agustina Will Bring Kiesha Alvaro as a Witness in Her Divorce Hearing

Kapanlagi.com - The continued divorce hearing of Okie Agustina and Gunawan Dwi Cahyo was held at the Bogor Religious Court, West Java, on Monday (18/12). This time, the hearing is scheduled for the presentation of evidence from the plaintiff's party. Okie Agustina's party submitted evidence related to allegations of infidelity committed by Gunawan Dwi Cahyo.

"So today is the presentation of evidence, and I have submitted several pieces of evidence. Actually, this presentation of evidence was requested by Gunawan's party because one of the reasons we filed for divorce was the alleged infidelity. Today, I added new evidence that may not have been on social media before," said Okie Agustina after the hearing.

1. Initially Didn't Want to Reveal the Scandal

Okie Agustina said that she actually didn't want to reveal her husband's scandal regarding the alleged affair. Because from the beginning, her intention was to separate amicably. However, many parties wanted her to prove her suspicions.

"From the beginning, I didn't want to expose everything like this, reveal the scandal like this. From the beginning, we wanted to divorce in a good way, and my main focus was on the divorce, not on proving like this. I didn't want to prove the existence of this alleged affair, I just wanted a peaceful separation. But because there are parties who want me to provide evidence, that's why today we present the evidence," explained Okie Agustina.

2. Kiesha Alvaro Will Be a Witness

In the next hearing, both parties will present witnesses. Okie Agustina's side plans to bring two witnesses, her older brother and Kiesha Alvaro.

"Next week, on Wednesday, December 27th, the witnesses will prove all our evidence," said Okie Agustina's lawyer, Danna Harly Putra.

"My brother and Kiesha (the child) (will be the witnesses)," added Okie Agustina.

3. Witnesses who Know His Household Problems

The reason Okie Agustina brought her sister and child to be witnesses is because they are the ones who know the problems in her household all this time.

“The witnesses are not witnesses of infidelity but witnesses of quarrels (in the household). So I don't want to involve other people. I am very grateful to the people who gave me information. I also don't want to burden them to be witnesses in my trial,” concluded Okie Agustina.
