Before Giving Birth, Audi Marissa's Baby Was Not Moving in the Womb

"It can be said that it was a shock, it really happened, there were no signs, for example, if the amniotic fluid broke, there would definitely be signs of the fluid coming out. But in this case, it can be said that it was just a surprise," said Anthony Xie at RSIA Bina Medika Bintaro on Wednesday (7/4/2021).

1. Not Feeling Baby's Movements

Before giving birth, Audi informed her husband that the baby was no longer moving in the womb. Hearing this news naturally made Anthony worried about their child and wife.

"Audi doesn't feel the baby's movements. I was at a location, shooting, and Audi said at home, 'Why don't I feel the baby?' I asked, 'Since when?' She said, 'Since this afternoon,'" said Anthony.

2. Rushed to the Hospital

Not wanting to waste time, Anthony immediately asked the obstetrician who usually handles his wife's complaints.

"Then right away, I asked the doctor, 'Doctor, is it normal if the baby doesn't move for a long time?' And the doctor said, 'It's not normal.' At that time, the doctor didn't panic us. At that moment, I immediately told the driver to take Audi to Bina Medika Hospital," he said.

Thankfully, when they arrived at the hospital and were examined by the doctor, the baby's heartbeat inside Audi's womb was still there. "I was so grateful that the heartbeat was still there, but the baby didn't move at all," said Anthony.

3. Premature Birth

After receiving treatment from a doctor, Audi Marisa finally gave birth to their son prematurely at 31 weeks and 4 days of pregnancy. Despite being born prematurely, Anthony and Audi Marissa's child is in good health.

"The condition of the baby now, doctor Ayu said it's good, the heart is still good. Lungs are good, all digestive cells are still being examined, this is just last night," Anthony concluded.
