Before Omas Passed Away, Second Child Felt Unpleasant Premonition

Kapanlagi.com - Dio Ambiya, Omas' second child, had already felt an unpleasant premonition several days before his mother passed away. He felt this after seeing Omas' very thin body.

"I had a premonition for the last 4 days. Yesterday at 2 a.m., she needed to urinate. When her pants were lifted, her body was very thin. It's like just bones. Even if weighed, it would be around 20 to 25 kilograms. Just by looking at her body condition, I wondered if this weight could fight against such a severe illness. But I stay positive," said Dio when met at Omas' house in Cimanggis, Depok, on Friday (17/7).

1. Omas Shortness of Breath

During the day before passing away, Omas fainted and experienced shortness of breath. However, after being given a drink, her condition improved slightly and she fell asleep.

"She slept for a long time. After Asr prayer, she regretted it again. Give her a drink slowly, thank God she's better. The peak was during Maghrib when she also had difficulty breathing, feeling uncomfortable until giving her various drinks had no reaction, until finally stopping on its own," explained Dio.

2. Omas' Complaints and Restrictions

Until now, it is known that Omas suffered from asthma, diabetes, and gastric problems. When her diabetes flared up, Omas usually complained of tingling in her legs.

"Usually, the symptoms of high blood sugar are like tingling in her legs. She likes to eat, but not as regularly as most people. Because she's confused about what to eat. She has uric acid, so she can't eat too many green vegetables. Rice is a source of carbohydrates, but she also has diabetes," said Dio.

3. The Figure of Omas in the Eyes of Children

For Dio, Omas is a tough mother who has raised him very well. Omas has been a single parent to her children all this time.

"There are many memories with my mother. Especially, she can be strict but funny. Her absurdity is unpredictable. She is an unpredictable person depending on her mood. That's what makes me miss her," Dio reminisces.

"If there's a message for me, it's to not limit oneself to just one art form. A true artist should be able to do everything. In the future, one must be consistent with what they do and take responsibility for it," he concludes.
