Being the Main Character, Aci Resti is Afraid of Being Bullied

“Yes, you could say that because this is the first time Aci has a fairly large role and the drama involves crying as well. This is an achievement and I will definitely continue to learn to be better and improve,” said Aci Resti during a virtual press conference some time ago.

1. Initially Nervous

She also admitted that she was initially nervous because it was her first time playing a role in a romantic comedy series and there were crying scenes.

“I was a bit nervous when I was offered the main character role. When I read the synopsis, I knew there would be crying scenes, and I wondered if I could do it. But since I've never done it before, I wanted to give it a try,” she said.

2. Afraid of Being Bullied

Accustomed to acting alongside stand-up comedians, Aci Resti was also afraid of being bullied if she couldn't act well. Especially since she had to act alongside actor Refal Hady.

"It's a heavy burden, I almost wanted to quit because I was afraid. Usually, Aci is shooting with the stand-up comedy kids, but this time Aci is alone. There's senior actor Refal," she said.

"So Aci is nervous, what if I make a mistake? I don't have any friends here, what if I get bullied for real? But the management keeps encouraging me for progress," concluded Aci Resti.

'Perfect Love' tells the story of a teenage girl who struggles to find the love of her crush, which is believed to be impossible for her to obtain.

Starring Aci Resti, Refal Hady, Yoriko Angeline, Jourdy Pranata, and boy group UN1TY, 'Perfect Love' can be exclusively watched on Vidio, starting from November 20, 2020, and will be aired in 10 episodes.
