Nurul Amalia further does not know whether there is a prenuptial agreement between Irish Bella and Ammar Zoni. According to Nurul, so far her client has never mentioned it before filing for divorce.

According to Nurul Amalia, the drug case faced by Ammar Zoni currently does not hinder the ongoing divorce process at the Religious Court of Depok. Moreover, there is no longer a court order to bring the principals, and it is sufficient to be represented by their respective legal representatives.
"There is already a scheduled hearing, so it is only the legal representatives who will represent. Because there is no longer an order for the principals to attend, it is enough to be represented by legal representatives," explained Amalia.
It is not possible to include the fact of Ammar Zoni's arrest in the divorce lawsuit of Irish Bella to facilitate Irish Bella in obtaining custody rights of the child.
"Later, it depends on the response of the defendant. If there are any objections to the arguments, we can include the new fact of the defendant's arrest for the same case in the reply, with the reason being the divorce we filed," said Nurul Amalia.
