Betrand Peto Has Many Underage Haters, Ruben Onsu Wants Kominfo to Detect the Age of Social Media Users

Kapanlagi.com - The YouTube account owned by artist Ruben Onsu, MOP Channel, was hacked by an unknown person on Tuesday (7/1). As the account owner, Ruben acted quickly and has already identified the perpetrator. The father of three children said that the hacker hacked the MOP Channel YouTube account because they didn't like Betrand Peto.

"He said he has no problem with Ruben Onsu but doesn't like MOP uploading Betrand Peto too often," said Ruben Onsu at Trans TV building, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (8/1/2020).

1. Ruben Confused with the Perpetrator's Reasons

Because of that reason, Ruben Onsu feels confused about why the perpetrator hacked the MOP Channel YouTube account. However, that account belongs to Ruben Onsu, so he has the right to upload Betrand Peto's videos. Moreover, Betrand Peto is his own child.

"I don't understand why people are taking care of my channel. I'm also confused," he said.

2. Wants Social Media Users to Be Age Restricted

Since becoming Ruben Onsu's child, Betrand Peto seems to have gained many haters. However, he himself is not allowed to use social media. What's even more surprising is that when investigated, most of Betrand Peto's haters are underage children.

Therefore, Ruben Onsu asks parents to educate their children to use social media properly. In addition, he also asks the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo) to set rules for underage users.

"So my reason is that underage children should be obliged, especially for the Minister of Communication and Information Technology. I mean social media like Facebook and others. Hopefully, my words can reach you through this broadcast. Kominfo can detect underage children who have social media accounts," said Ruben.

"Parents must be able to collaborate to provide good social media for their children. Because most of the perpetrators are underage. If they are older, their minds are dirty and they have a disgusting face when you meet them," Ruben Onsu concluded.
