Bibi Andriansyah's Father Applies for Custody of Gala and Appointment of Heir to the Court

In fact, it was Doddy Sudrajat and Haji Faisal who came together and submitted the request to the court. However, it turns out that Bibi Andriansyah's father not only submitted a request for custody of Gala Sky.

Public Relations of West Jakarta Religious Court, Drs. H. Solaeman revealed that Haji Faisal actually submitted 2 cases to the court. In addition to custody, there is also a request for Determination of Heir (PAW).

"So, Bibi's parents, Haji Faisal, submitted two cases yesterday. The first case is number 482, which is custody or guardianship. Bibi's parents requested the court for Haji Faisal to take care of the child," said Drs. H. Solaeman on Friday (19/11).

"The second is the appointment of heirs (PAW). Mr. Faisal determined that the heirs of Bibi are Mr. Faisal, Mrs. Dewi, and Gala. In addition, in his position, he also requested the appointment of heirs from Vanessa, namely Mr. Doddy and Gala," he continued.

Furthermore, Drs. H. Solaeman also explained that mediation will be conducted before the trial. The decision on who is entitled to receive from the submissions of both parties will be determined by the panel of judges.

"There will be mediation. The first hearing is mediation. If mediation fails, then there will be a trial," he said.

"So the first hearing tomorrow, on the 20th, they will be mediated. If mediation fails, then the next stage of the trial will proceed. If mediation succeeds, they will reach an agreement, and that agreement will be reflected in the verdict. If mediation fails, the panel of judges will decide," he concluded.
