"Since I joined the entertainment industry, I have been participating in suhoor programs, Alhamdulillah. I have been participating in the exciting suhoor program on Trans 7 for the past three years. Alhamdulillah, I have been given the opportunity to be part of the exciting suhoor program on Trans 7. I spent five years on TRANS TV. So, I was given the opportunity to join the exciting suhoor program on Trans 7," said Billy Syahputra on Trans TV recently.
Certainly, for the past eight years, Billy Syahputra has never experienced suhoor and iftar with his family at home. Billy said that since he entered the entertainment world, he has never had suhoor and iftar with his family at home.
"So, for almost eight years in the entertainment industry, I have not had suhoor with my family," he said.
Apparently, Billy's routine during this month of Ramadan is the same as what his late brother, Olga Syahputra, used to do.
"Even Olga used to do that, when he hosted the suhoor program, he couldn't have suhoor with the family," said Billy.
Both Billy Syahputra and his family at home do not really mind this. Moreover, everything Billy does is for the family at home.
"What's important is that the family supports and prays, that's more than enough for brother Billy. Because he earns money for the family. Just watch him at home and pray for him. It's normal not to have suhoor together. The important thing is that the family will always support, always watch, always support. Watching him on TV is a sign of support," concluded Billy Syahputra.
