Boiyen Does Not Demand Shared Assets from Rully, Only Wants an Amicable Separation

"Just getting a divorce. Yes, the divorce lawsuit is definitely like that," asserted Anselmus when confirmed by the media regarding the points of the lawsuit he filed, when met at the Tigaraksa Religious Court, Tangerang, Tuesday (03/02/2026).

Boiyen's decision not to dispute the assets shows that her main focus right now is inner peace and resolving her legal status. She wants to quickly close the chapter of her past with Rully and continue her life without the burden of asset disputes.

"Yes, let's just wait and see how the trial process will be, because this is still in the early stages. So what we convey has not yet become a legal fact, it is still merely a debate, still opinions," explained Anselmus.

Although their marriage has only been going on for two months, Boiyen seems to have made up her mind to separate. She does not want to prolong the household drama that is also colored by the alleged fraud case involving her husband.

When asked about the possibility of reconciliation, Boiyen's side has not provided a definite answer. However, given the legal steps taken and Boiyen's absence in the initial mediation, the signal for reunification seems quite slim.

"Yes, let's just see how the developments go, okay, Miss? Because this is still very much in the early process, who knows if there will be further developments, we will just see how it goes later," concluded Anselmus.

As is known, Boiyen and Rully Anggi Akbar officially married on November 15, 2025, at ICE BSD, South Tangerang. Boiyen then filed for divorce on January 20, 2026, at the Tigaraksa Religious Court in Tangerang. Now both are undergoing the divorce process.
