The breakdown of the marriage between comedian Boiyen and Rully Anggi Akbar is becoming clearer. Besides the legal issues involving her husband, communication problems turned out to be the main triggering factor behind Boiyen's decision to file for divorce at the Tigaraksa Religious Court.

Anselmus Mallofiks, Boiyen's attorney, implicitly revealed that the communication between his client and Rully has not been harmonious. This is one of the strong reasons why their newlywed marriage must end in court.

"No, it's just that the communication is lacking. The main issue here is that our client actually wants to build a household with smooth communication," he stated when met at the Tigaraksa Religious Court, Tangerang, Tuesday (03/02/2025).

According to Anselmus, Boiyen longs for a marriage based on openness and good communication. Unfortunately, that hope seems to be unfulfilled in her relationship with Rully, leading to deep disappointment for the comedian.

"But what is certain is that the opinion that has been conveyed by the defendant and their legal representative over there, our client does not know and our client will also not interfere with that matter, yes," he added.
