Busy Developing Business, Chelsea Olivia Claims to Reject Many Offers to Act in Soap Operas

Kapanlagi.com - For four years, Chelsea Olivia has been absent from the world of acting that made her name. The decision was made because she and her husband, Glenn Alinskie, were busy developing their business.

According to them, running a business can be very time-consuming. Even 24 hours a day is not enough.

"Running a business takes a lot of time, it's actually busier than just filming. If filming is scheduled from a certain time to a certain time, that's it, no need to think. But with a business, it feels like 24 hours is not enough. It's really difficult to even meet Glenn because of many meetings, meeting employees," explained Chelsea when met in the Blora area, Central Jakarta, Saturday (18/1/2020).

1. Rejecting Many Offers

Due to her busy schedule, Chelsea Olivia admitted to rejecting many offers for soap operas and films. Moreover, some people assume that because Nastusha is already grown up, they can freely act.

"Actually, there are a lot of offers, a lot, really a lot, especially since they already know that Nastusha is already big. So they offer 'Come back to shooting'. But what's missing is going back in time," Chelsea said firmly.

2. Will Definitely Return

For now, they cannot manage both business and shooting. However, Chelsea Olivia and Glenn Alinskie promised that when the time is right, they will return to greet fans through the latest soap opera title.

"I miss shooting so much. It's not that I don't want to come back, but there's just no time. (The reason for focusing on business is) because we are still young, still strong to have many ideas. So we want to pour out the ideas we have," said one of the members of the vocal group Bukan Bintang Biasa.
