Busy Shooting Schedule for 'SAMUDRA CINTA', Rangga Azof Still Enthusiastic about Playing Volleyball

Their shooting schedule is very packed. Nevertheless, Azof still managed to play volleyball on the shooting location. This was revealed on the Surya Citra Televisi (SCTV) Youtube channel last Saturday (14/11).

1. Haven't Been Exercising for a Long Time

Azof admitted that he hasn't been exercising for a long time. Because of that, when he saw the crew playing volleyball, he immediately joined.

"It's been a really long time since I last exercised, so when I saw others exercising, I joined in," he said.

2. Maintaining Stamina

For this 31-year-old man, exercising is enjoyable. Besides being healthy, it also strengthens his stamina.

"Because when you exercise and sweat, the blood flows smoothly, and the stamina becomes strong, so you won't feel tired the next day," Azof continued.

3. Likes Futsal

This man from Palembang, South Sumatra, enjoys sports. At least once a week, he usually plays futsal. However, his busy shooting schedule makes it difficult for him to do it anymore.

"I used to play futsal at least once a week. But now, it's very rare because I'm currently shooting in Sentul, so we rarely gather to play futsal," he explained.

4. Already Tired

Different from Azof who is enthusiastic about sports, Haico is reluctant. She admitted that she is already tired of shooting and doesn't have time to work out.

"No, because here we have a lot of scenes, so waking up early for exercise is tiring. If we are not the main character, maybe it's easy," said this tall woman.
