"I am always proud of this nation because this nation has been able to carry out an extraordinary democracy, that whatever everyone does, they are free to express their opinions, whether negative or positive," said Giring Nidji during a virtual press conference, Wednesday (26/8).

1. I Am Indeed a Dreamer

Regarding comments about hallucinations or dreaming of becoming a President, Giring said that he is indeed a big dreamer. Currently, he dreams of being able to build this nation.

"Whether it's a hallucination or an honest dream, I am someone who indeed has big dreams. In my opinion, comments about hallucinations, dreams, and others are extraordinary inputs because I am indeed a big dreamer and I am currently dreaming that in 2024, our dream is for the youth to lead this nation," he expressed.

2. All His Dreams Come True

Furthermore, he shared about his dreams that finally came true. Starting from being a vocalist in a band, having a record album, touring around Indonesia, and now owning a company. According to him, there is nothing wrong with having big dreams.

"In the past, if I wanted to tell the story from the beginning, I dreamed of having a band, Alhamdulillah, I got it. Then I dreamed of having a record contract, Alhamdulillah, I got it. I dreamed of having an album, we worked hard to have an album. I dreamed of touring around Indonesia, we got to tour around Indonesia without even going home. I dreamed of having a company, and finally, I have a company and now, Alhamdulillah, the company is running well," Giring concluded.
