The corruption trial involving Harvey Moeis has now entered a new phase. In the hearing held yesterday, Wednesday (10/9), the name Sandra Dewi was mentioned by Anggraeni, the wife of the President Director of PT Refined Bangka Tin (RBT) Suparta.

According to Kompas.com, in her statement, Anggraeni mentioned that Sandra had once transferred IDR 10 billion to her. To the panel of judges, Anggraeni stated that the money was a business loan, but she did not know why Sandra was the one who made the transfer.

The alleged corruption case involving PT Timah has resurfaced with the name of artist Sandra Dewi mentioned as being involved. In the trial, the wife of the President Director of PT Refined Bangka Tin (RBT), Anggraeni, revealed that Sandra Dewi had transferred an amount of Rp 10 billion to her account.

This statement has drawn attention as it pertains to the alleged corruption practices in the company's trade operations. Anggraeni explained that the money transferred by Sandra Dewi was a loan from her husband, Harvey, to Suparta, who is the President Director of PT RBT.

"The incoming money was a loan from Harvey to Suparta for business purposes," Anggraeni stated. However, she also admitted that she did not know in detail why Sandra Dewi was the one who made the transfer.

Anggraeni's testimony in court adds complexity to this case. She mentioned that there were two transfers made and all the money that came in has been taken by her. "So there were two transfers and then there was a cash withdrawal," said Anggraeni.

In addition, there were several cash transactions and transfers from Harvey Moeis to Anggraeni, but the purpose was to exchange money. "So sometimes Harvey exchanges new money through me and then transfers to pay," said Anggraeni.

"As far as I remember, if that money was a deposit, I would definitely hand it over to my husband. So there were two transfers and then there was a cash withdrawal, so all the money that came in has been taken by me," said Anggraeni as reported by Kompas.com.

Sandra Dewi herself has not provided any information regarding the statement from Anggraeni. She remained calm while being a witness in the corruption case involving Harvey Moeis.

To the panel of judges in today's hearing, Thursday (10/10), Sandra only provided information regarding the seized assets. This includes ownership of luxury cars, branded bags, and a denial of owning a private jet.
