Sandra Dewi attended the call of the Central Jakarta Corruption Court to be a witness in the tin corruption case involving her husband, Harvey Moeis. She arrived at the court accompanied by her sister, Kartika Dewi, on Thursday (10/10).
Before the panel of judges, Sandra provided testimony regarding several matters, including the private jet that Sandra denied as belonging to her and Harvey.
Sandra Dewi answered the summons of the Corruption Court to be a witness in the corruption case involving her husband, Harvey Moeis. Her arrival was met with pressure from the media who had been waiting since morning.
Wearing all black, Sandra attended the trial accompanied by family. Court officials also assisted Sandra to safely navigate to the courtroom.
Sandra provided several statements to the panel of judges regarding the corruption case involving Harvey. The judges inquired about the assets seized by the state.
Starting from the ownership of luxury cars, which Sandra mentioned were partly gifts from her husband. While others were her personal belongings purchased before marrying Harvey, such as a Toyota Alphard and several branded bags.
Sandra also stated to the Panel of Judges that she loves her husband very much. She emphasized that Harvey is not a tin mining businessman, but rather a coal miner.
Regarding the value of the gift that Harvey gave her and which is now seized by the state, Sandra admitted she did not know its value. When receiving the gift, she never asked how much it cost.
Kartika Dewi, Sandra's sister, accompanied her to court. Throughout the hearing, Kartika remained by her beloved sister's side to provide support.
Regarding the private jet, Sandra denied that it belongs to her. To the judge, Sandra stated that the news of her having a private jet is just a rumor.
