Camelia Malik Calls Marissa Haque a Good, Intelligent, and Brave Friend

Kapanlagi.com - Camelia Malik expressed her deep sense of loss over the passing of Marissa Haque, whom she considered a true friend. According to Camelia, Marissa was a very religious person with a wonderful personality.

"Her religiosity was very good, as were her children. I want to say farewell to the beautiful Ica, who was kind, intelligent, and always good to all her friends. We will not forget her kindness, her contributions, and we can still see her works through the big screen," said Camelia Malik at the funeral home on Tuesday (2/10/2024).

"God willing, may she have a good ending, may Allah accept all her good deeds, forgive all her mistakes and shortcomings, and grant her entry into paradise. We pray for Marissa, especially for Ikang and her children who will surely find it hard," she added.

Camelia also realized that Marissa's family, especially Ikang Fawzi and her children, must be feeling an incredible sadness. According to Camelia, before her passing, Marissa was known as someone who was always busy with beneficial activities.

"If I look at the times we went out with the family, if she wasn't posting about food, it was her friend's work that she wanted to promote. If she wasn't teaching, Marissa's days were filled with something beneficial from the start," she explained.

2. Good Relationships

Not only active in daily life, Marissa was also known as a loud and brave figure when she was still active in the film and political world. "In films, in parliament, she was loud, brave, and very expressive. We have lost someone; everyone from all walks of life came to pay their respects. Her relationships were good," she said.

When asked about her last communication with Marissa, Camelia replied that they still often communicated through WhatsApp. "I like to just WhatsApp. We still like to say hi, like each other's posts. This is my day to honor her passing. As soon as I heard I had to take her," she concluded.
