Case Investigation Results, Police Stop Party Case Attended by Raffi Ahmad

Kapanlagi.com - The Head of Public Relations Division of the Jakarta Metro Police, Commissioner Pol Yusri Yunus, announced the results of the investigation into the alleged violation of health protocols at a party attended by Raffi Ahmad after he was vaccinated. As no violations were found, the police decided to stop the investigation.

"Because it is a private event, the investigation was stopped due to the lack of suspicion based on Article 184 of the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP), which requires at least two pieces of evidence," said Yusri at a press conference at the Jakarta Metro Police on Thursday (21/1).

Yusri also explained the facts about the case, stating that the event attended by Raffi Ahmad followed health protocols.

"The facts found in the case are that on January 13th, there was a spontaneous event held by the homeowner (Ricardo Gelael) in the Mampang area," said Yusri.

"The house is 4000 square meters in size and the event was attended by around 18 people. Health protocols were implemented, including temperature checks and antigen swab tests for all 18 individuals, and the results were all negative," he continued.

2. Annual Event

The party took place in a spacious basketball hall inside the house. There is an annual birthday event that is usually attended by many people. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the event was only attended by close friends. In addition to Raffi Ahmad, the party was also attended by Nagita Slavina, Gading Marten, Anya Geraldine, and Sean Gelael.

"The event was indeed held in a spacious 30x20 basketball hall, which the homeowner usually uses for events before the COVID-19 pandemic. It can accommodate 200-300 people, but due to the pandemic, the event was limited to 18 close friends," he concluded.
