Catherine Wilson and Idham Mase are Both Absent in the First Divorce Trial

Taslimah, the spokesperson for the South Jakarta Religious Court, revealed that the petitioner, Idham, did not provide a reason for his absence from the trial.

Taslimah explained that both parties had been summoned for the trial that day, but they did not attend and did not send a representative. "Both parties were summoned for today's trial, but the petitioner did not attend and did not send anyone else as a representative," said Taslimah at her office on Monday (23/10/2023).

Taslimah stated that Idham also did not provide a reason for his absence in the first session. "The petitioner has no reason for not attending, no letter arrived, he didn't come, he didn't send someone else," she said.

Taslimah also noted that Catherine, as the respondent, was also absent from the hearing. According to the bailiff's statement, Catherine no longer resides at her address.

As a result of their absence, this divorce hearing has been postponed until November 6. Idham is requested to provide Catherine's current address.

"The result of summoning the respondent or Catherine is that she has moved," she said.

Idham Mase filed for divorce from Catherine Wilson after a year of marriage. The divorce petition was registered at the South Jakarta Religious Court.

Idham Mase submitted the divorce petition on October 9. The petition was registered with the number 3455/Pdt.G/2023/PAJS. Idham and Catherine got married on October 1, 2022. They knew each other for 3 months before getting married.
