Celebrate 8th Wedding Anniversary, Judika & Duma Riris Release Duet Single Again

To celebrate their 8th wedding anniversary, Judika and Duma Riris bring good news for music enthusiasts.

They collaborate once again and release a single titled Cinta Ini Milik Kita (This Love Belongs to Us) after previously collaborating on the song Sampai Akhir (Until the End) in 2013.

According to Judika, convincing Duma to sing again was not an easy task. Therefore, he considers this duet single as the most beautiful gift from Duma on their 8th wedding anniversary, which also coincides with his 42nd birthday.

"This is a beautiful gift for both of us. Why did we only make a duet now? Because it was very difficult to persuade Duma to sing. There were many obstacles. That's why I consider this a beautiful gift for me too," said Judika in a virtual press conference on Tuesday (31/8/2021).

1. Their Journey Story

Single This Love Belongs to Us was created by Judika himself. The lyrics were made from their journey story during eight years of navigating the ship of marriage.

"To make this song, the process was long. I created this song based on a real story, our experience during 8 years of marriage where there were pebbles, challenges, but there was a shared belief that this love belongs to us," he said.

For the arrangement, Judika admitted to being inspired by the song "I finally found someone" sung by Bryan Adams and Barbra Streisand.

"I want this romantic song to be brought to the wedding altar. Hopefully, it can become a wedding song," said Judika.
