Chikita Meidy Reveals the Development of Her Police Report, Receives Threats to Her Life

1. The Reported Party Is Uncooperative

According to the information he received, the legal process regarding his report is ongoing. However, the reported party and their legal representative are not cooperative by failing to attend the summons from the police.

"It has been carried out and several times I have asked that they have confessed and my friends have attended at the Tigaraksa police station that the suspect and their legal representative did not come," he stated.

2. Let the Legal Process Continue

Chikita feels that not only has she been deceived, but also the media colleagues who have come to cover the story. Now, she can only surrender and let the legal process proceed as it should.

"So here, those who are deceived are not just me, but my media friends are also deceived. So I will just let it be and let Allah protect me," she concluded.

3. Rebuttal from the Reported Party

Previously, Indra Adhitya's party, through his attorney, Arifin SH, had provided a strong rebuttal. According to him, the allegations of threats are baseless and impossible for his client to have committed.

"No. There is no way that Mas Indra would threaten anyone, especially not the mother of his children," said Arifin SH when met at the Tigaraksa Religious Court, Tangerang, Tuesday (09/09/2025).

4. Absurd Accusations

Arifin explained that his client is a responsible person, especially regarding the future of his child. Therefore, the accusation of threatening the mother of his own child is considered very absurd.

He then clarified that the report submitted by Chikita actually relates to financial issues, not threats as mentioned. According to him, there was a sum of money belonging to Chikita that was used by Indra while they were still married.

"What was reported (related to the money), the money was used by Mr. Indra for some needs, but it has been returned. The transfer proof is all available," said Arifin.

6. Loan Has Been Fully Returned

He also mentioned that the amount of money that was borrowed was around Rp 160 million and has now been fully returned. "It was around 160 and has been returned," he added.

7. No Need to Go to Criminal Court

According to Arifin, the issue of borrowing money should not escalate to the criminal realm because it occurred while both were still in a legitimate marriage.

"Well, it doesn't actually lead to criminal matters because their status is still husband and wife. It's only natural for Mr. Indra to use or borrow his wife's money first and return it immediately," he concluded.
