Chronology of Raditya Oloan's Death, Joanna Alexandra's Husband, Covid Infection Aggravated Underlying Disease

Kapanlagi.com - The husband of actress Joanna Alexandra, named Raditya Oloan, passed away on Thursday afternoon (6/5/2021) at 18.13 WIB. It all started three weeks ago when he was declared positive for Covid-19.

After undergoing self-isolation at home for two days, Radit was then taken to Wisma Atlet. Not long after, all the residents of the house, from the wife, children, to the workers, were also taken there.

"Initially it was Covid, he underwent self-isolation at home for one or two days until finally being taken to Wisma Atlet. Then the others followed, there was a sister, a driver, his wife, and his children. In total, there were 10 people who contracted Covid and were treated there," said Icha, Raditya's sister, who was met at the funeral home in Senen, Central Jakarta, on Saturday (8/5/2021).

1. Adding Asthma Comorbidity to Inflammation

Because he has a comorbid condition of asthma since childhood, Raditya Oloan's recovery took longer than others. After being admitted to the HCU room at Wisma Atlet, he was then transferred to the ICU at RS Persahabatan.

"Because of the comorbid condition of asthma, his condition is not as good as others, he had to be in the HCU. Then he was taken to RS Persahabatan and admitted to the ICU. He was doing well for a week, he was supposed to go home because he had been discharged from the ICU and moved to a regular room. But he deteriorated there because of inflammation in his body. Finally, he was admitted to the non-covid ICU for six days until he took his last breath," she said.

2. Reasons for Burial at San Diego Hills

Until today, Saturday (8/5/2021), Raditya Oloan's body is still lying in the funeral home. The father of three will be buried on the following Sunday (9/5/2021) at San Diego Hills, Karawang, West Java.

"Tomorrow, at half past nine, the body will be taken from the funeral home to San Diego Hills. There will be a final prayer before he is laid to rest. (Why there) is not a specific reason, it is just felt by the family that it is the best place for the burial," Icha concluded.
