Chronology of Rendy Kjaernett and Lady Nayoan's Accident, Denying the Fight in the Car

Kapanlagi.com - Rendy Kjaernett and Lady Nayoan just underwent mediation at the Bekasi District Court, Wednesday (2/8/2023). Unfortunately, the mediation hearing had to be postponed for two weeks ahead because Lady Nayoan is still undergoing treatment after the accident on the Cikampek Toll Road KM6.

Rendy Kjaernett recounts the accident that happened to him and Lady. At that time, he wanted to take Lady home after going through the mediation process with the pastor.

"The news about the accident, yes it's true, an accident. We had an accident on the Cikampek Toll Road KM6 while taking Lady home. We were indeed having counseling mediation with the pastor. It happened on Monday at 3 PM on the Cikampek Toll Road KM6," said Rendy Kjaernett at the Bekasi District Court, West Java, Wednesday (2/8/2023).

1. Talking Nicely

During the journey, Rendy and Lady communicated well. However, when Rendy was about to enter the left lane, his car's tire suddenly lost control due to a slippery condition. As a result, the car that Rendy and Lady were in overturned three times.

"We were casually chatting. Suddenly, what I remember is that when I was about to take the left lane, the tire slipped, and the car immediately spun and hit the concrete barrier on the left side. Then it overturned three times," said Rendy.

When the accident happened, Rendy was not driving at a high speed. Rendy admitted to driving in normal conditions and not being in a hurry.

"Just normal speed in the right lane, and we weren't in a rush anywhere, just casually chatting. There was no (100km/h), didn't reach that, for sure there was no speeding or overtaking," he said.

2. Getting Help

At the same time, Rendy heard Lady's voice, who seemed weak and helpless. Meanwhile, the car he was riding in was emitting smoke. Fortunately, when the incident happened, Rendy Kjaernett immediately received help from someone.

"I tried to open the door but couldn't, the car was smoking, someone helped me to the hospital. When I got out of the car, the car was already emitting smoke, it was dangerous," Rendy concluded.
