Chronology of the Death of Music Observer Bens Leo, Infected with Covid-19 with Wife and Child

Kapanlagi.com - Sad news comes from the music world in the country. Music observer who is also a senior journalist Bens Leo passed away on Monday (29/21/2021) around 08.24 WIB at RS Fatmawati, Jakarta.

According to his friend, Ria HD, before his death, Bens Leo had been treated at Fatmawati Hospital, Jakarta due to being infected with Covid-19.

"About two weeks ago, he was admitted to the hospital. He got Covid, his wife and child also got it. Then two days ago, Mr. Bens' oxygen saturation kept dropping from 90 to 74. Finally, a ventilator was installed," said Ria HD when contacted on Monday (29/11/2021).

Ria HD said she was deeply saddened by Bens Leo's departure forever. During his life, Ria said Bens Leo was a good person.

 "I used to work with Mr. Bens when I was at Gadis Magazine. Mr. Bens is my senior. He was a very kind person," said Ria HD.

For the burial, Ria HD admitted that she has not received any information. Meanwhile, there is a circulating chain message among news reporters, containing an appeal to relatives and the community to accompany the departure of Bens Leo from their respective homes.

"With humility, we ask for forgiveness for all his mistakes during his lifetime. Without diminishing our gratitude for his attention and respect given. In order to maintain the privacy of the immediate family and comply with Covid-19 protocols, we ask the extended family, friends, and relatives to accompany him to his final resting place with prayers from their respective homes," the message reads.
