Complete List of FFI 2024 Nominations, Dominance of 'Siksa Kubur' in 17 Categories

Kapanlagi.com - The Indonesian Film Festival 2024 or FFI 2024 once again greets film lovers in the homeland through the announcement of the nomination list presented online from the Vredeburg Fort Museum, Yogyakarta, on Friday (18/10/2024).

There are 23 categories announced by the Indonesian Film Agency (BPI) along with the names of the nominees ready to compete for the Citra Cup. Interestingly, there is one film title predicted to win many awards.

Siksa Kubur by Joko Anwar dominates with 17 nomination categories for the Citra Cup, from Best Feature Film, Director, to Best Original Screenplay.

Throughout the event, Dian Sastrowardoyo, Kamila Andini, Lutesha, and Bryan Domani as ambassadors of the Indonesian Film Festival 2024, took turns reading the 23 nomination categories for FFI 2024.

In addition, amidst this announcement, the event was enlivened by a performance from musician Bernadya, who performed her hit song. Also present were the Chair of the FFI Committee 2024-2026 Ario Bayu, Chair of the Judging Division FFI 2024-2026 Budi Irawanto, and Director General of Kemdikbudristek Hilmar Farid to deliver remarks.
