Concert from the Terrace of the House, Andien Celebrates Independence Day in the 17th Merdeka Event

Kapanlagi.com - Singer Andien also participated in the first virtual celebration of Independence Day in Indonesia on Monday (17/8). Using a live streaming platform, Andien performed several songs to entertain her fans.

Talking about independence, Andien stated that independence can only be achieved through a process.

"Independence cannot be achieved without going through a long process, we need a process to achieve our own independence. We cannot achieve independence without experiencing ups and downs and learning from the process itself," said Andien before singing her song titled "gemilang".

Andien closed her performance this afternoon by singing the national song 'Tanah Airku' (My Homeland). She hopes that unity in Indonesia will continue to be maintained.

"May this song serve as a reminder to strengthen Indonesia's unity and wherever we go, we always remember where we come from," Andien concluded.

Besides Andien, this Virtual Independence Day Celebration also featured performances by Kunto Aji and Selfi LIDA. Not only that, this event also presented performances by AYODYA PALA Indonesian Art Center, live flag ceremonies from the Presidential Palace, and a virtual trunk show by Denny Wirawan.
