The news of her passing spread through WhatsApp messages. It is known that the late Iin Andriani passed away on Friday (25/06/2021), at 11:00 AM WIB.
"She has returned to the mercy of Allah, today, Friday, June 25, 2021, at 11:00 AM WIB, at the age of 81, IIN INDRIANI, the mother of Yovie Widianto & Yoki Windriawan. May she have a good ending, may all her good deeds be accepted, may she be placed by the side of Allah SWT, and may the family she left behind be given patience and fortitude. Amen," wrote the message circulating in the media group.
The cause of Yovie Widianto's mother's death is still unknown. Although the body is now lying in the funeral home, the family urges people not to come directly and only pray from their respective homes due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
"Without diminishing respect, considering the pandemic situation and for the sake of everyone's safety, we urge brothers and sisters to pray for the deceased from their respective homes," the message said.
Until now, Yovie Widianto himself cannot be contacted regarding the news of his mother's passing. However, the family expresses gratitude for the abundance of prayers flowing for the deceased and the family.
"For the support and prayers, we express our heartfelt thanks. May Allah SWT repay the kindness of brothers and sisters, and may we all always be under His protection," he concluded.
