Conducting Virtual Trial, Reza Artamevia's Legal Counsel Objects to This Allegation

1. Attend Virtual Hearing

The 45-year-old singer attended the hearing virtually in Lido Bogor, West Java, where she is undergoing drug rehabilitation.

"Thank God I'm healthy, no problems at all. Yes, it's a virtual hearing, Reza is present, she has to be present," said Kamil Daud, Reza Artamevia's legal representative at the East Jakarta District Court, East Jakarta, on Thursday (1/4/2021).

The Public Prosecutor's Office charged Reza Artamevia with articles 114 and 127 of Law No. 35 of 2009 on narcotics.

"The defendant is charged with the offense under Article 112 paragraph 1 of the Indonesian Law No. 35 of 2009 on narcotics. The second charge is under Article 127 paragraph 1 letter a of the Indonesian Law No. 35 of 2009 on narcotics," he said.

2. Objection Regarding the Charges

There is no problem with the charges. However, they have objections regarding the evidence presented.

"We object to these charges because the evidence presented earlier was stated as 0.78 grams, but it's actually 0.6 grams," Kamil concluded.
