Considered an Inspirational Figure, Oki Setiana Dewi Welcomes Khabib Nurmagomedov to Indonesia

Kapanlagi.com - Oki Setiana Dewi is excited to welcome the arrival of UFC legend, Khabib Nurmagomedov, to Indonesia. According to Oki, Khabib's life journey is very inspiring to many people both inside and outside the ring.

Oki revealed that the values firmly held by Khabib, such as commitment, courage, and honesty throughout his career as a fighter, can be a lesson for society.

"His struggle to become a boxer or fighter is a journey of preaching, because it inspires many," said Oki Setiana Dewi in Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, Saturday (14/9/2024).

Furthermore, Oki stated that although Khabib often receives insults and slurs outside the ring, he never gets provoked emotionally.

"Khabib outside the ring always receives insults, slander, curses, and humiliation to provoke him. But he never gets provoked emotionally," said Oki Setiana Dewi.

Khabib Nurmagomedov is scheduled to attend an event titled "Inspirational Talkshow The Nurmagomedov Path of A Champion" organized by Indonesia Syiar Network (ISN) in collaboration with Maskanul Huffadz.

The event will be held at the Main Hall The Kosablanka, Kuningan, Jakarta, on October 5, 2024. According to Ria R Christiana, the founder of ISN and the event organizer, Khabib's arrival has been planned since last year.

"Because according to Deddy Corbuzier, Khabib has had plans to come to Indonesia since last year, so when we got the opportunity, we immediately made it happen," said Ria R Christiana as the organizer and Founder of ISN.

"Khabib did not become an athlete overnight. He went through a long process, and that process is essentially a form of da'wah, because it inspires many people," added Ria.

2. Anyone Can Attend

Ria hopes that this event will be attended by many Indonesian people from various backgrounds. According to her, this event is designed so that everyone, including athletes, can participate and gain inspiration from the talk show that will be held.

"We really want athletes to attend, and for non-Muslims who want to join, we are open. Because we want to create a talk show that inspires many people," she concluded.
