Considered Underestimating Covid-19 By Netizens, Rina Nose Gives a Firm Answer

A netizen left a comment on one of Rina's posts. He expressed his disappointment with Rina, whom he considered to have trivialized the Covid-19 cases that are still spreading in the country.

Upon receiving the comment, Rina Nose immediately gave a firm response. She wrote a rather lengthy answer to the comment.

"Who wants to get sick anyway? If I am accused of intentionally causing people to be careless so that they get sick or even die, what do I gain from it? What do I get? Why would I encourage people to challenge diseases? What's the benefit? Besides, I often get sick myself, my friends, my family, many of them have been sick, many have died. What's the benefit for me?" she said.

Rina continued, "Instead, when I or my family get sick, we have to spend money on medical treatments. If there are less fortunate relatives, we even have to contribute together to help with the treatment expenses. So what's the benefit for me? Who benefits from it? Not only replying to netizens' comments, Rina Nose also made an IG story post containing her confession. This 36-year-old artist revealed that her habit of keeping clean has been there since she was a child. It's not just recently because of the pandemic.

"Since I was little, I always wash my hands every time I feel my hands are dirty, sticky, or after touching anything that feels dusty. Since I became famous, I always wear a mask wherever I go (in malls, airports, inside airplanes) for privacy reasons," she said.

3. Mask is Mandatory

"And when I go to the hospital, wearing a mask is a MUST! Because the biggest place for disease transmission is in the hospital," she said. So, my habit of keeping clean and wearing a mask is my mom's teaching from the past!! Not the teachings of We Ha Woee," she continued.
