Corona Outbreak, Maria Vania Hasn't Gone Home for 3 Months & Worried to Meet Parents

In fact, she has her family in Bandung, her hometown. Because of this pandemic, Maria cannot visit her family and has to stay in Jakarta.

"Well, I'm quite sad about that. Because I'm originally from Bandung, my family is there, so I can't go home. It's been three months since I haven't gone back to Bandung because we see that in Jakarta, there are many people affected by COVID," she said when met in the Tendean area, South Jakarta, Wednesday (22/4/2020).

She also admitted that she is afraid to meet her family, especially her parents. This is because Maria is afraid of becoming a carrier of the virus and eventually transmitting it to her parents.

2. Afraid of Becoming a Carrier

"I'm afraid that even though I may not have COVID symptoms, I could be a carrier. Because my parents are in their 60s. So I take more precautions not to go home, I give in, so that I can keep my family healthy," she added.

This beautiful presenter also chooses to cook her own food instead of buying it outside. According to her, by cooking our own food, we know what goes into our stomach.
