Thabenia, according to Ruben Onsu, serves various Indonesian dishes as well as various cakes and filled bread, which are the favorite foods of his wife and three children.

"The chef who makes the food, we approve it. I give the food to my children and wife first. If my children and wife like it, that's what I sell. So before the menu is marketed, I try it with my family first," said Ruben Onsu during the opening of Thabenia on Jl.Karang Tengah Raya No. 13 Lebak Bulus, Kec. Cilandak, South Jakarta, Saturday (13/11/2021).

"Cookies are suitable for children's preferences. So this is an effort based on children's preferences," added Sarwendah. Ruben Onsu also said that he reopened a culinary business, one of which is to create job opportunities and to promote Indonesian cuisine.

"The existence of Thabenia can create job opportunities for the community and wants to participate in advancing Indonesian cuisine. Also, I want to help SMEs by involving resellers spread across the Jabodetabek area," said Ruben Onsu.

Thabenia presents various foods and various types of cakes and bread at affordable prices without neglecting quality. For the menu, Thabenia serves Fried Noodles, Rendang Fried Rice, Roa Fried Rice, Beff Fried Rice, and a special menu option, Nasi Goreng for children.

For cakes and bread, they are served with various flavors that indulge the taste buds. "If there is a special menu, there are Roa fried rice and beef. For cakes and bread, we have many variants, including Vanilla, cheese, chocolate, and a combination of bread filled with shredded meat and chocolate cheese," said Sarwendah.
