Related Files in Rachel Vennya's Case Have Been Submitted to the Prosecutor's Office

Kapanlagi.com - The case of Rachel Vennya's escape from quarantine continues. Currently, the case has been handed over to the Prosecutor's Office. This was directly conveyed by the Director of General Crime Investigation of the Jakarta Metro Police, Commissioner General Tubagus Ade Hidayat, on Monday (15/11).

"For Rachel's case, it is already in the filing stage, and today it will be handed over to the Public Prosecutor's Office. Preparation for phase 1 for 2 case files of Rachel Vennya and her friends," said Commissioner General Tubagus Ade.

"One case file is split based on their roles, that's why the files are different," he added.

Previously, the investigators have designated Rachel Vennya, Salim Nauderer, and Maulida as suspects. Not only that, airport officials involved have also been designated as suspects. However, regarding this matter Rachel Vennya was also not detained, nor required to report.

"There are no regulations actually, there are none. Detention is subjective, as long as she has been cooperative and there are no issues. She comes for questioning without any problem," she concluded.
