The senior actor, who is now 75 years old, is reported to be experiencing a significant decline in physical condition. As a result, the actor known for his iconic character in the Warkop DKI films has to undergo treatment in Tangerang.

Based on direct observation at his residence located in RW 08 Pegangsaan, Menteng, this veteran actor is indeed not seen at his home. The residence, which is currently undergoing major renovations, is only being monitored by some relatives and his siblings who are tasked with overseeing the physical construction of the house to ensure it proceeds smoothly.

"Now he is receiving treatment in Tangerang. He might have left this morning, or he might return tomorrow or the day after," said his youngest brother, Zaenal Wahyudin, also known as Bambang.

The family explained that the asthma condition suffered by Diding Boneng has reportedly relapsed in the past few days. The extremely dusty environment at home due to renovation materials has become the main trigger.

"He has been feeling the asthma since last night. Maybe it's because he has been doing a lot of interviews, plus the dust as well. Finally, he was sent to Tangerang this morning for his asthma treatment," explained Bambang.

Although he is currently struggling with respiratory issues, the family assures that Diding Boneng does not have a history of chronic internal diseases. The actor is known to remain fit even as he enters old age. Before this asthma attack occurred, he was still able to carry out various activities independently without the help of special medical equipment.

"Thank God he doesn't have any internal diseases. And the asthma is only recent, maybe due to age factors as well. All this time, since he was 70 years old, he has been healthy, still active," said Bambang.

This decline in health is also closely related to Diding Boneng's decision to disappear from the glitz of the acting world. Bambang revealed that his brother's face has rarely been seen gracing the screen because he has indeed decided to take a break from all filming activities for several years to maintain his physical health.

"He hasn't been able to shoot, it's been a long time. I said it's been several years, maybe about 3 years since he last shot. He hasn't been filming at all," said Bambang.
