A new chapter in the divorce process of Dahlia Poland and Fandy Christian reveals that they are no longer living under the same roof. Dahlia's attorney, Wayan Vajra Fhany Jaya, confirmed that his client has been living apart from Fandy since May 2025. This decision was made as a culmination of long-standing domestic issues.

According to the attorney's account, the decision to live apart was even preceded by a period of sleeping in separate beds for months. Wayan Vajra provided details about their current living conditions.

"Currently, they have separated. In May, they had already separated, and months before that, they had been sleeping in separate beds," said Wayan Vajra Fhany Jaya via a Zoom call on Tuesday (12/8/2025).

The separation of this residence has led Dahlia and Fandy to now live in different locations, although still on the Island of the Gods. The lawyer mentioned that the distance between them is now separated by the district boundary.

"So, the separation of homes means that Ms. Dahlia currently lives in a different district than Mr. Fandy. Mr. Fandy is in Ungasan," he said.

Wayan explained that the period of sleeping apart has been going on for quite some time, estimated since the beginning of the year 2025. Dahlia's decision to finally leave the shared home was triggered by a problem that she could no longer endure.

"If the separation of beds has been a while, it’s been since around the beginning of this year if I'm not mistaken from Ms. Dahlia's story. The separation of homes has been since May," he revealed.

Dahlia's decision to leave the house became the point where she felt she had to seek legal assistance and solidify her heart to part ways. According to Wayan, there are strong reasons that drove his client to take such a step.

"Ms. Dahlia has left. There may be issues that Ms. Dahlia could no longer bear. Eventually, Ms. Dahlia decided to meet with me for a consultation again," he said.

After various considerations and further consultations, Dahlia finally signed the power of attorney in May. The divorce lawsuit was officially filed by her attorney at the Badung Religious Court in July 2025. "Finally, Ms. Dahlia was determined to sign the power of attorney, and in July I submitted the lawsuit," Wayan emphasized.
