Dangdut Singer and Vicky Prasetyo's Ex, Barbie Larasati Officially Marries a Convert Man

Kapanlagi.com - Another artist who is currently in a happy moment. It is a dangdut singer and former DJ, Barbie Larasati, who recently officially married a man named Sandy Wahyudi in the Cibinong area, West Java. Their wedding ceremony was held on Sunday (18/10).

Barbie, who is also known as Vicky Prasetyo's ex, revealed that she and Sandy only needed 3 months to get to know each other before getting married. Barbie apparently already believed that Sandy was the right person to be her life partner.

"We only knew each other for 3 months. We got to know each other through social media, initially introduced by a friend. I saw that he is responsible and realistic," said Barbie in a release received by KapanLagi.com.

1. Convert Husband to Islam

Interestingly, the husband is said to have converted to Islam, or 'mualaf', just a month ago. In addition to being able to marry Barbie, Sandy also has another reason for his decision.

"I converted to Islam after attending a sharing event at a pesantren. I felt touched," Sandy replied briefly.

"Well, we initially planned to invite him, but we were probably too busy and forgot. Because it wasn't us who prepared the invitations, there was a team. I think he already saw it because I also live-streamed on Instagram," Barbie explained.

3. Hoping to Have Children Soon

From this marriage, the woman named Adisti Larassati hopes to have children soon. This woman, who used to work as a DJ, is not worried about having to go through pregnancy during the pandemic.

"I want to have children as soon as possible. I'm not afraid even though it's a pandemic. Insha Allah, it will be safe," she concluded.
