Dara Arafah Reprimands Family of Patient Playing Dangdut Music in the Hospital Room, Gets Scolded Back

The room apparently contained 3 people and the patient's bed was only separated by a curtain. Apparently, the patient's family on the other side of the curtain was listening to loud dangdut music, disturbing her grandmother who needed rest.

"Seriously, is it allowed for someone to play loud music or make noise when others are resting during a hospital stay?" wrote Dara Arafah on her IG Story.

"Honestly, it was really loud, I was so annoyed but still had to patiently talk to someone like this," she continued.

"Can you please lower the volume of the dangdut song? I can still hear it but here, if you want to lower it again, miss, my grandma can't sleep," said Dara Arafah to the family of the patient next to her.

Instead of lowering the volume or turning off the music, the family of the patient next to Grandma Dara scolded her back. "Well, no one can sleep either," a voice from the next room said.

Dara's IG Story was reposted on a TikTok account @secuilcinta96. In the comment section of the post, netizens expressed their frustrations because they had experienced the same thing as Dara.

"When I wait for my family who is hospitalized, I whisper when I want to talk because I'm afraid of disturbing other patients," added another netizen.
